Vid en vanlig 11 kW-laddbox hemma passar bilen från uppdateringen 2025 exakt: batteriet på 60 kWh är fulladdat på cirka sex och en halv timme och batteriet på 67 kWh på drygt sju timmar. En bil med 22 kW-tillvalet tar hela effekten vid offentliga stolpar och laddar 60 kWh på drygt tre timmar och 67 kWh på drygt tre och en halv timme, medan den enfasiga laddaren i de tidiga bilarna når sina fulla 7,4 kW överallt där 32 A finns på dess fas, till exempel vid just de stolparna. Ett batteri på 40 kWh blir klart i motsvarande snabbare takt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMégane har laddporten framtill, så längden beror på vad som står mellan bilens front och laddboxen. Står bilen framlänges mot laddboxen utan något emellan, räcker en kabel på sex meter, och är den inbackad, så att hela bilen hamnar mellan laddporten och laddboxen, behövs åtta meter. En kabel på tio meter passar när en annan bil står framför din eller kabeln måste gå runt till bilens andra sida, och en kabel på 15 meter när en annan bil och din egen står emellan eller platsen ligger längst bort på en lång uppfart.
